Qualcomm Tips

​Is your Qualcomm running slow,
taking a long time to send or receive
messages, shutting down or taking
a long time to reboot?
 
One of the possible reasons could
be that there are too many messages
or scans stored on the hard drive. You should try to keep the number of messages to fewer than 50 combined and keep 10 or fewer scans.
 

• Tap on the Messages button on main screen
• Then tap on the Inbox tab and either delete them individually by highlighting a specific message and selecting Delete, or you can select the Delete All tab to delete all of the messages at once.
• Next tap on the outbox tab and follow the same steps to delete those messages.

 
How do you delete scans?

• Tap on the Scanning button on main screen
• Tap on Outbox tab
• Follow the same steps as deleting messages. You can delete them individually or all at once by choosing the Delete All tab

 
By keeping the message and scan folders clean, your Qualcomm unit should operate more efficiently.
